Telecom Cloud in Mobile Networks

Telecom Cloud, also known as (Telco Cloud), refers to the cloud computing infrastructure adopted by mobile network operators (MNOs).

It leverages virtualization technologies, such as Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN), to decouple network functions from dedicated hardware. This allows network functions to be deployed as virtual network functions (VNFs).

This involves the migration of network functions and services to a cloud-based architecture, which can be either a private cloud, a public cloud, or a hybrid cloud.
This enables telecom operators to benefit from the scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency of cloud computing.
