MM-DEREGISTERED state in 5G Network

MM-DEREGISTERED state indicates that the UE is not registered with the 5G core network.

So that the UE cannot access or utilize any of the services provided by the 5G network, and the 5G core network does not store any context information or session-related data about the UE.
