Inter-RAT Handover (HO) in Mobile Networks

Inter-RAT Handover refers to "Inter Radio Access Technology Handover". It is a procedure that allows a UE to move between different radio access technologies, 5G, 4G, 3G , and 2G, without interrupting the ongoing UE sessions.
