ECM-Disconnected state in 4G Network
The ECM-Disconnected state refers to a situation where the user equipment (UE) has no active connection with the 4G Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network.
In this state, the UE does not have an active data session or connection with the EPC network. So that the UE cannot send or receive data packets through the mobile network while in this state.
